The house is a hilltop wooden chalet overlooking the
gorgeous pawna lake.

The house itself has a huge living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, two gardens on either side, a 360-degree deck, and an infinity pool overlooking the lake.

We have our own farm on the property where we grow our own vegetables, fruits, and rice (depending on the season). Most of the produce is organically sourced from our farm.

The property has lake access, and the water is safe to swim in. It is mandatory to use life jackets. Lying in the lap of the sahyadris makes our location a hotspot for some of the most picturesque treks.

Lohagad and tikona are only a 30-minute drive from the property.

There are also some really nice short walks one could go on to enjoy panoramic views of the lake.”
